What you will do:

Define and execute the site logistics strategy aligned with Operations goals. Lead logistics projects, capacity expansions, and digitalization initiatives (e.g., SAP EWM/WMS improvements). Oversee end-to-end logistics operations: inbound supply, warehouse management, internal flows, outbound distribution, and waste management. Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and HSE standards. Develop and track logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement. Manage service providers and logistics partners for quality and cost efficiency. Lead and mentor a team of 10-12 employees, fostering a high-performance culture.

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (Master's in Business Administration preferred). 5-10 years of logistics or supply chain experience in a GMP-regulated environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and budgets. Strategic and analytical thinking with a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in SAP ERP/EWM and MS Office tools. Business-fluent English (German preferred).
