Job Description
- Manage an existing team of bankers in Switzerland
- You have several years of experience across the Middle East market
- Focus is largely on GCC and specifically Saudi Arabia
- Attract further bankers to grow the business
- Attract clients from your own existing network
- Expand the overall current client and asset base
- Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements
- Work in collaboration with the other locations globally
- Proven leadership skills with several years of experience
- Experience ideally as a Market Head of the Middle East
- Direct client experience
- You will attract your own clients
- Truly entrepreneurial spirit
- Lead and grow the team in Switzerland
- Ideally experienced in Swiss banking
- Fluent in English. Other languages a plus.
