Successfully implement and sustain the Continuous Improvement Business System (PPI) Collaborate cross-functionally to drive GMP continuous improvement initiatives Lead by influencing to embed a Lean Management System, including tiered daily management systems, Gemba walks, and leader standard work Facilitate cultural transformation to meet site goals and objectives Identify and implement strategies for achieving flawless operational excellence

Requirements

Proven experience in a GMP Manufacturing or quality roles, preferably within a continuous improvement environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire change In-depth knowledge of Lean Management principles and GMP standards Outstanding collaboration and communication skills Ability to work strictly to deadlines and compete in a fast-paced environment
