What you will do

Steer the implementation and ongoing optimization of operational processes within Investment Management Switzerland, ensuring full compliance with legal and internal policies. Lead and coordinate assurance activities, including external and internal audits, as well as FINMA on-sites with efficient planning and follow-up. Foster close collaboration with internal and external partners to maintain strong service relationships and effective oversight of key agreements. Drive improvements in control frameworks, reporting and compliance throughout Investment Management. Maintain the control framework for Investment Management. Champion innovation through technology adoption and process digitization to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

What you bring

Extensive experience in investment management operations or governance (7+ years), ideally within Switzerland's financial sector. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and reporting standards for (insurance) investments. Advanced degree in finance, business or accounting. Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and German.
