Your Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the company-wide Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001/14001/27001/45001 and relevant industry standards
Inspire and empower an agile, high-performing quality team and foster a strong "zero-defect" culture across all functions
Ensure hands-on implementation of quality objectives aligned with business strategy, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance
Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and audit programs across production, supply chain, R&D, and customer interfaces - leveraging digital tools, data analytics, and AI-based monitoring for preventive quality assurance
Drive product and process quality planning (APQP, PPAP) and continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma, RCA, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.)
Strengthen end-to-end quality along the value chain, from smart product design to connected customer solutions, data, and services
Collaborate closely with R&D, Production, Procurement, and Logistics to integrate quality in every phase of the value chain
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and certifications (e.g., MID/OIML, ISO 17025, and industry-specific standards)
Manage internal and external audits and represent the company to regulatory authorities and certification bodies
Implement risk assessment and mitigation strategies related to product, process, and service quality
Coordinate recall processes, complaint handling, and corrective action management
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnership through robust quality performance
What You Bring
Bachelor or Master Degree (Uni/FH) in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Management, or a related technical field
Several years of experience in senior quality management roles, ideally within metering, energy, system technology, or automotive sectors
Strong expertise in ISO 9001 and related quality standards and regulations
Proven success in implementing and managing QMS across global organizations with strong methodological know-how
Deep understanding of production processes, system integration, and solution-oriented business models
Inspiring leadership and people development skills with a track record of building cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and process optimization combined with pragmatism and entrepreneurial drive
Experience in digitalization of quality processes and passion for applying AI in quality management
Business fluency in German and English
