Tasks

As our Head of Revenue, you will play a pivotal role in driving our revenue growth and ensuring our continued commercial success. You will be responsible for managing our sales and customer success-related efforts focussing on B2B clients.

You will be working very closely with other executive team members, especially marketing and product leadership. You will manage team members working in sales and customer success.

You will collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing in order to develop and deliver revenue generation efforts.

This role is ideal for an experienced commercial professional who wants to take on a broader leadership position and make a significant impact in a high-growth organization.

In particular, you will take care of:
  • Revenue Strategy: Co-develop and implement a comprehensive revenue generation strategy that aligns with the company\\\'s goals and objectives.
  • Sales Leadership: Manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to maximize their performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Success Leadership: Manage the customer success team to guarantee customer satisfaction, retention, and optimal utilization of upsell opportunities.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and enterprise-level clients, to expand the company\\\'s customer base.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and improve the sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform business strategies and revenue generation efforts. Sharing the insights together with product and marketing.
  • Performance Metrics: Further refine and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of relevant revenue initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team and board of directors on revenue performance, forecasts, and growth opportunities.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales and customer success departments\\xe2\\x80\\x99 budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in revenue generation roles in DACH region, preferably in SaaS B2B companies
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based revenue, and customer lifecycle.
  • Experience in sales management and leadership.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent in German and English, fluency in Swiss German is a plus.

  • We work with variable compensation model for this role - your base salary will be dependent upon your experience and seniority, of course - please indicate it in the job application. The expected pay mix is 70/30.

Application Process

Specifically for this role, the process is as follows: * CV screening
  • Screening phone call with Head of Operations - 30 min
  • Meeting with the CEO and CPO - 60 min
  • Take-home case study - should take 30 min to 1h to finish, the relevant task for the job
  • Meet up in person (ideally) to present and discuss the case study with members of the management team (Marketing, Product, Ops/Finance) - 60 min
  • Offer - call with Head of Operations to discuss the details.
