What You Will Do

Lead and inspire an international team across Zurich, Madrid, and Warsaw to deliver outstanding IT services. Define and execute a global Service Management & Sourcing strategy aligned with business and IT goals. Establish and optimize ITIL-based service governance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance. Manage sourcing, vendor relationships, and contracts to achieve quality, stability, and cost efficiency. Drive transformation through automation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You Bring

University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline. 10+ years of IT leadership experience with strong focus on Service Management, Operations, or Sourcing. Proven success in leading international, multi-location teams and driving organizational efficiency. Deep expertise in ITIL frameworks, vendor management, and enterprise IT environments (SAP, M365, Cloud). Strong strategic, communication, and execution skills with a collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
