The Health & Safety Manager (f/m/d) drives a positive Health & Safety culture within the company and is responsible for the development of the annual country HSE plan, with the goal of preventing the occurrence of incidents. By implementing Health & Safety Rules & Regulations for internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure the highest level of safety within Digital Realty Switzerland. Furthermore, you will record opportunities, drive continuous improvements and monitor all related follow up activities.

On this position, you will drive the overall Health & Safety program for the data centers in the local organization, including related compliance, certifications, audits and HQ polices with the local team.

Your Profile

• Minimum of 2 years\\xc3\\xa2\\xc2\\x80\\xc2\\x99 experience in a leading Health & Safetyrole (or equivalent) in an industrial, criticalenvironment (e.g. full continuous factory/Pharma/Aviation)
• BA/ BSc in safety management or relevant field is mandatory
• Valid qualification in occupational health and safety or field experience.
• Proven experience as safety manager with deep understanding of legal healthand safety guidelines
• Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills
• Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous multi-site experience is ideal
• Fluent in English, German is advantageous
