As healthcare Compliance Specialist

will ensure our Company adheres to all relevant healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and industry codes, including the MedTech Europe Code. He/she will work closely with different departments to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.



This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and reputation of the company while supporting safe and ethical practices across all operations.




Your main responsibilities will be:




Monitor and ensure adherence to healthcare laws, regulations, and internal policies. Manage compliance obligations across

multiple juridictions

(France, Belgium, Portugal, etc.). Draft, review, and manage agreements, including:
Sponsorship Agreements



Grants Agreements



NDAs



HCP Consulting Agreements



Hospitality Conventions



R&D Agreements


Implement and manage Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform usage and processes. Handle submission and follow-up processes for agreements and due diligence with third parties. Ensure compliance with transparency requirements and reporting obligations (e.g., French Anti-Gift Law submissions). Oversee social media and advertising compliance. Review event compliance (location, venue, hospitality). Conduct risk assessments and internal audits; finalize compliance projects. Maintain GDPR compliance and manage related tasks (Platform Data Legal Drive) Develop, update, and implement compliance policies and procedures. Provide training (face-to-face and via e-learning platforms) on compliance topics. Collaborate with Marketing & Communications and Sales departments for compliance reviews and follow-ups. Track KPIs and maintain compliance documentation

Your profile:




Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance. Experience in policy development and training delivery. Strong knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations, including French Anti-Gift Law. Certification in healthcare compliance preferred . Fluent in French and English; additional European language is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information. Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or law would be a plus.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of healthcare laws, compliance frameworks, and country-specific regulations (e.g., French Anti-Gift Law), combined with excellent analytical and communication skills.
