HPE Site: resident position at a customer site in Lugano (Switzerland)

You will be immersed into the latest cutting-edge High Performance Computing technologies and will gain skills working with HPC subject matter experts as part of a team maintaining the latest industry leading software and hardware solutions.
We are looking for self-motivated, technically competent individuals with computer maintenance skills and experience to join the High Performance Computing team supporting operational services based in Lugano, Switzerland.
Experience and skills in Computer Hardware and Linux operating systems are mandatory requirements. Knowledge and experience in areas such as, storage solutions, cluster management, job schedulers and high speed networking, Lustre, and Kubernetes would be highly desirable.
As a resident HPC Technical Consultant, you will be working onsite as part of a dedicated HPC team to deliver preventive and reactive support to ensure compliance with strict SLA's (Service Level Agreement) associated with the customer contract.
All necessary product trainings will be provided along with mentoring from colleagues aligned to the site and wider HPC team to enable the successful candidate to provide the level of support required.
This position is in Lugano, a town in southern in the Italian-speaking bordering Italy.
