. You will be part of our HR Team of the Central Europe Region (Switzerland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania) in charge of stores and the Head Office.
In your role you will report directly to the HR Director Central Europe Region.
You manage all the HR actions, which are contributing to the performance of our store teams for Central Europe. You are responsible to ensure a high-quality client-centric focused HR service. As a true Retail Partner, you are acting as an operational and strategic Sparring's Partner for the Store Managers & Team Managers in all our HR activities:
Business Partnership:
Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the retail teams for the local market, providing guidance on HR-related matters.
Talent Acquisition:
Manage the recruitment process for all levels of positions within the scope, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Performance Management:
Oversee the performance management process within the scope, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Talent Management:
Facilitate Talent Mapping and Succession Planning, leading the processes across the respective perimeter.
Training & Development:
Together with the Training team, identify training and development needs and implement programs to enhance employee competencies within the respective perimeter.
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations. Administrative tasks in close collaboration with the HR Operations Team.
Communication:
Communicate on the HR projects and initiatives within the respective perimeter.
CSR:
Support Maison's initiatives on diversity, equity, inclusion and well being.
Profile
With your academic background in HR, you have 4+ years of experience in an international Retail or Hospitality HR role. The Swiss HR Brevet and/or knowledge of the Swiss labour law would be a strong asset.
With a strong ability to observe and analyze, you are recognized for your listening skills, your relational and situational intelligence. You have a strong sense of pragmatism, you are solution-oriented, agile and you have developed a strong organizational mindset.
Travelling to the different countries to visit the teams on a regular base is required (min. 20%)
Fluent French & English is required, German is an asset.
