We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Controller to join our client's team. This pivotal role bridges Human Resources and Finance and reports to the Global C&B Director, focusing on workforce data analysis, HR cost control, and strategic reporting to support informed decision-making across the organization. Missions
- Monitor and analyze HR-related costs (, payroll, benefits, headcount) and ensure alignment with budget forecasts.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on workforce metrics, turnover, absenteeism, and compensation trends.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure data integrity across HRIS and financial systems; lead data audits and reconciliation efforts.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and trends.
- Support compliance with labor regulations and internal policies through accurate reporting and documentation.
- Degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HR controlling, workforce analytics, or financial planning within an HR context.
- Strong command of Excel and HRIS/reporting tools (, SAP, Workday, Power BI).
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
