Job Description

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems
  • Prepare HR-related documentation (contracts, amendments, letters)
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
Employee Relations & Support
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
  • Support HR initiatives such as engagement surveys, training sessions, and internal communications
  • Assist in organizing employee events and wellness activities
Reporting & Compliance
  • Generate regular HR reports (headcount, turnover, absence)
  • Support audits and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Monitor and track mandatory trainings and certifications
Support HR operations - French and English Ensure smooth communication and documentation - Employee relations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR support role, ideally within FMCG or a fast-paced industry
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Knowledge of Swiss labor law is a plus
