HR department Advisor - (50%)
Location : Canton of Valais
Contract : Temporary
Start date : Beginning of July 2025
Tasks :

  • Be the point of contact with clients and support all requests from the HR department.
  • Develop, manage and update HR indicators and dashboards.
  • Provide support in administrative tasks.
  • Manage and participate in the development of HR projects and process optimization.
Profile :
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or title deemed equivalent.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within a Human Resources administration.
  • Fluent in English, with German being a strong asset.
  • Proactive and client-focused person.
  • Excellent team spirit and writing skills.
