Description du poste :
  • Facilitating seamless onboarding for new team members.
  • Coordinating work permits when required.
  • Issuing employment contracts.
  • Handling employee relocations when necessary.
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data in our system.
  • Collaborating with the Finance department on matters related to salaries and staff expenses.
  • Performing monthly and yearly reconciliations for Geneva-based employees, including taxes at source, pension, insurances, and salary certificates.
  • Maintaining employee files, including processing family allowance and maternity/paternity requests, accident declarations, and preparing various attestations for employees and authorities.
  • Managing regulatory reports (AVS, withholding tax, pension fund, etc.).
  • Overseeing insurance processes and handling billing reconciliations.
  • Managing the employee exit process, including editing work certificates and pension fund procedures.
  • Coordinating employee departures with local authorities.
  • Ensuring smooth employee exits within our HR system.
Description du profil :
  • Possession of a Swiss HR Brevet is advantageous.
  • A proven HR Generalist with 5 to 10 years of experience.
  • In-depth understanding of Swiss employment regulations.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Swiss payroll and familiarity with Expat payroll.
  • Prior experience in a multinational environment is a valuable asset.
  • French and English (fluent)
