Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with external providers.

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries (leave, benefits, policies).

Assist in organizing training sessions, onboarding programs, and HR events.
Transversal HR Projects
Contribute to HR process improvements and digitalization initiatives.
Support the implementation of HR tools and systems.
Participate in projects related to talent development, performance management, and well-being.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR administration or generalist roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent in French, English, and German (written and spoken).
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS tools.
