Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.

\\n

The HR Generalist is responsible for executing, optimizing, simplifying and outsourcing HR processes and tasks within the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team and across the extended HR team, spanning across multiple teams such as Talent Acquisition and Payroll. The position reports to the HR Director Switzerland and interacts with all levels of staff in performing their duties and assignments.

Main Responsibilities:

\\n
  • \\n
  • Manage the Swiss HR processes with a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring alignment with the HR Model whilst providing expertise to Employees, Managers and the HR Team.

    \\n
  • Provide timely 3rd line support in executing HR processes, such as the entry and exit process, Reference letters, employment confirmations and retirement.

    \\n
  • Manage the Swiss Global Mobility processes for expats and localizations working effectively with the Global Mobility Center of Excellence and other relevant stakeholders.

    \\n
  • Manage the HR Portal and all Swiss HR systems and tools along with all related content ensuring accuracy and accessibility, such as the Swiss time and attendance system and the HR TeamSite

  • Data Privacy coordinator for the HR processes in systems in collaboration with the Data Privacy Officer.

  • Organise HR related events and People Manager trainings.

    \\n
  • Manage the Swiss Onboarding Program.

    \\n
  • Close collaboration with the Payroll team, communicate accurate and timely information in view of processing of company payroll.

  • Support the HRBP team as required.

    \\n
  • Lead and provide assistance to the extended HR Team for specific HR projects.

  • Support the HRBP team with regular reporting on employee data like headcount, retention, turnover and absenteeism.

  • Responsible for HR related invoice processing in adherence with the company\\xe2\\x80\\x99s procurement and payment policies.

  • Responsible for proper recording of personal data on employee files in SharePoint and physical personal files.

Your Profile:

\\n

\\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

\\n

\\n
  • \\n
  • Several years\\xe2\\x80\\x99 experience in a HR administration or HR generalist position.

    \\n
  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Law, Psychology, Business management desired; HR Fachausweis (Official Certificate) is a plus.

    \\n
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, MS Teams)

    \\n
  • Strong written and verbal German and English skills.

    \\n
  • Professional leadership style with effective communication skills.

    \\n
  • Well-organized, structured ways of working with a high level of attention to detail.

    \\n
  • Strong collaborator with a one team mindset.

    \\n
  • Able to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
