Independent supervision of all personnel-related topics along the entire employee life cycle
Ensuring and continuously developing professional, future-oriented staff recruitment, retention and support within our school
Advising and supporting the school management and department heads in all HR processes as well as in change and development processes within the organization
Active participation in cross-school working groups and projects as well as ongoing optimization of complex HR processes and their interfaces (e.g. with school administration, IT or insurance companies)
Maintaining and updating employee master data and making system adjustments
Processing insurance claims (e.g. KTG, UVG)
Participation in HR projects and optimisation of HR processes
What you need for this position:
Completed commercial or business management training with further training in the field of human resources or a corresponding university degree
Several years of experience in operational HR management
Experience in working on HR projects and in change management
High level of service awareness and strong consulting, social and communication skills coupled with negotiation skills and intercultural sensitivity
Proficient in written and spoken German (B2) and English (B2)
Job Types: Part-time, 60-80%
Pay: CHF48'000.00 - CHF54'000.00 per year
Expected hours: 24 per week
