The HR Manager role is responsible for leading our human resources operations, and acting as a strategic HR Business Partner. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can balance tactical execution with strategic HR leadership
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
Coordinate onboarding and continuous learning initiatives across departments
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and best practices
Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture
Manage HR systems and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations
Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and provide HR guidance
Support organizational change initiatives and workforce planning
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive strategic decisions
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent management, succession planning, and organizational development
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Manage enrollment and changes, review and approve invoices for benefit premium
Maintain employee wage tracking form with Supervisors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including payroll and business partnering
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred
