We are currently looking for an HR Manager to oversee and develop our HR function. This role combines hands-on HR operations with the opportunity to support strategic People & Culture initiatives, working directly with the CEO. It is ideal for an experienced HR generalist who enjoys managing day-to-day HR tasks while helping to shape people-related projects across an international, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: drafting job descriptions, posting roles, managing platforms (Workable, Hireflix), screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and final selection. Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, and agreements for employees and contractors. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth entry and exit experiences. Support compliance and HR documentation, including data protection requirements, internal policies and org. charts. Track vacation entitlements, anniversaries, and key employee milestones. Support managers and employees with HR queries, employee relations, and conflict resolution. Support and coordinate employee engagement activities, surveys, and team events. Contribute to People & Culture projects such as organisational design, talent assessment, reward & recognition, and internal communications.

Requirements

Key Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience in an international organization (with experience managing the employment of contractors across multiple geographies). Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR administration, including contracts and general Swiss HR compliance. Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple processes independently. Professionalism and discretion in dealing with sensitive employee matters. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust across teams and levels. Fluent in English; German is an advantage.

Benefits

Attractive company context

Dynamic small company with ambition, where you can make an impact. Entrepreneurial spirit and short decision paths. International and fun group of colleagues. Flexibility to work from the office or elsewhere, as well as great office location in downtown Zurich. Employee travel privileges and access to exclusive partner benefits. Results-driven environment that values efficiency and work-life balance.
Please share your resume and a short cover letter explaining why you are passionate about travel and why you'd be a great fit for this role.
