We are currently looking for an HR Payroll & Admin Specialist with a workload of 60%. In this part-time position, which can also be performed partially remotely, you will be responsible for our Swiss & international payroll and all social security matters, you will also support our HR team in day-to-day business.

Here\\\'s what you\\\'ll do:

• Processing of entries and exits using our HRIS system as well as maintenance of
• existing personnel and salary master data
• Preparation & execution of the Swiss monthly payroll
• Responsible for the international payroll jointly with our local payroll providers and
• Employer of Records Partners, across Europe, India, and Asia
• Responsibility & independent administration with social insurance and withholding tax
• administration
• Contact person in all international payroll-related issues and respective partners
• Take care of and document accidents and daily sickness with relevant parties
• Calculation of salary reductions or continued salary payments in the event of long-term
• illness or accident
• Preparation of year-end reports in Switzerland (AHV, FAK, SUVA, KTG, etc.)

Requirements

• Completed basic commercial training and further training in HR / Payroll or a bachelor\\xe2\\x80\\x99s
• degree in a related field (e.g., Accounting, HR, International Business Management)
• 3 - 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
• 3 \\xe2\\x80\\x93 5 years of experience working in an international set-up
• Good knowledge of HRIS systems, and experience working with Abacus is considered
• an advantage
• Very reliable and responsible way of working
• Very good knowledge of German and English, any other language is an advantage
