Position:

\\n

We are currently looking for an HR Specialist based in our Headquarter in Novazzano, Switzerland.

\\n

Key responsibilities:

\\n
  • \\n
  • Personnel Administration: Manage personnel administration operations, including contracts, payments, leaves, and other employee management-related issues.\\n
  • Payroll Internalization: Coordinate the payroll management internalization project.\\n
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and resolution-oriented work environment, and addressing personnel management issues fairly and effectively.\\n
  • Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the selection and hiring process, ensuring the selection of the most suitable candidates and fostering our team\\\'s growth.\\n
  • Training and Development: Identify employee training needs and plan development programs to enhance employees\\\' skills and productivity.\\n
  • Compensation and Benefits: Supervise compensation and benefits systems, ensuring market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.\\n
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations, maintaining company policies in line with local standards.\\n

Requirements:

\\n

We are looking for a candidate with these skills:

\\n
\\n

\\n
  • \\n
  • Demonstrated experience in HR roles, preferably in similar-sized companies.\\n
  • In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor laws and local HR practices.\\n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship management skills.\\n
  • Knowledge of Italian language (Fluent) and English language is essential (level B2).\\n
  • Results-oriented and ability to work independently.\\n
  • Excellent knowledge of computer tools and HR software; familiarity with Zucchetti systems is a plus.\\n
