Compensation & Benefits Advisory: Collaborate with C&B teams to ensure competitive packages and compliance with local regulations.
Compliance & Labor Law: Ensure adherence to Swiss labor law and internal policies, mitigating risks and maintaining best practices.
HR Projects & Innovation: Lead or contribute to global HR projects, leveraging technology and automation to enhance efficiency.

Proven HRBP experience in an international environment.
Fluent in English and German; French is a strong advantage.
