Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR/Finance Office Manager to join our remote team. As the HR/Finance Office Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of responsibilities, including general accounting, HR administration, event planning, and ensuring a positive and efficient work environment. We are looking for someone who has strong accounting, HR, and administrative skills and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be located in or around Z\\xc3\\xbcrich, ensuring easy access to various paper-based tasks and government-related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Accounting and Finance:
  • Collaborate with external accounting partners to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Process salary payments and manage payroll.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice management.
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding invoices and send payment reminders.
  • Utilize finance applications for cash flow planning.
  • Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring compliance with expense policies.
Human Resources:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters.
  • Oversee vacation planning, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Verify and manage employee working hours and vacation using HR tools.
  • Set up HR processes and payments.
  • Manage employee contracts and documentation.
  • Coordinate with remote work platforms to ensure timely invoice processing.
  • Facilitate birthday, new joiner, and jubilee celebrations.
  • Support the promotion of company culture through various types of initiatives.
General Operations:
  • Assist in trip planning, control, and manage travel booking software.
  • Organize company events and coordinate client gifts and holiday cards.
  • Foster a positive company culture and employee engagement.
  • Conduct monthly events and organize team-building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
A bit about you
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, accounting, or HR.
  • Bachelor\\\'s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite, experienced with HRIS and accounting software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being best practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with KiwiHR, Bexio, Tresio and Fyle is a plus.
