You're passionate about Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality-and ready to bring systems to life across Europe? Join us as HSEQ Process Implementation Manager and help shape how safety and quality are lived in six countries.

Your responsibilities

You lead the implementation of HSEQ systems and processes across our core countries, from initial planning to successful rollout Rollout strategies aren't one-size-fits-all - you'll design implementation plans and adapt our corporate HSEQ standards to local ragulations, environments, and work cultures During key phases, you're on the ground with operational teams, making implementation not just a concept, but a lived reality By running audits, inspections, and trainings, you build awareness and ensure high compliance throughout the supply chain You'll track key HSEQ metrics and promote continuous improvement through meaningful data Acting as a bridge between local sites and corporate functions, you ensure our HSEQ strategy lands where it matters most: in daily operations

Your expertise

A background in science, engineering or occupational safety forms your foundation; NEBOSH, IOSH or similar certifications are an advantage You bring several years of HSEQ experience, ideally in the wind, energy, infrastructure or construction sector Fluency in English; knowledge of German and Italian is an advantage You combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and are comfortable working across cultures and borders Communication and coaching are your strengths-whether you're working with technicians or top management, you build trust and clarity Influencing without authority, coaching others, and managing priorities in fast-changing environments are part of your DNA
