Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and proactive HR Volunteer to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR management within a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening applications, and scheduling interviews. Assist in developing and implementing onboarding processes for new team members. Maintain volunteer records and ensure compliance with KomunIKON policies. Organize team-building activities and contribute to a positive organizational culture. Provide administrative support for HR-related initiatives and projects.

What We're Looking For:

Interest or experience in human resources, volunteer management, or organizational development. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. Proficiency in French and English is preferred but not required.
