As HR Executive you will join a committed HR team driven with the intent of delivering \\xe2\\x80\\x98FIVE-star\\\' guest experiences to an international diaspora.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing solutions that push groundbreaking boundaries.

You\\\'ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the Onboarding and Offboarding process of employees
  • Ensure the necessary legal requirements are met
  • Develop and maintain employee files and databases to the spot
  • Onboard employees for taxes and pension
  • Apply for work permits
  • In charge of clearance process
  • Responsible for Einzug- and Auszugsanzeige
  • Run monthly reports (work permits, AHV) and update database accordingly

What We\\\'re Looking For
  • 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role in Switzerland, ideally in a hotel and has completed the HR Fachmann / Fachfrau degree
  • German level B2 and above
  • Knowledge of Mirus is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on approach with a \\xe2\\x80\\x98can-do!\\\' work attitude
  • Ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
  • Positive, proactive outlook, hardworking and outgoing personality - and a fun-to-work-with energy at all times!
  • Swiss work permit holder or EU ID / Passport holder
