The bank distinguishes itself through its expertise in M&A advisory, structured financing, leveraged buyouts, and equity release, catering to sophisticated clients with complex financial needs. It also offers tailored mortgage solutions for both residential and commercial properties, providing a fully integrated approach to wealth and financing management.
Position:
The bank is seeking an experienced Hunter Private Banker with an established book of clients. This role targets high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and family offices requiring strategic corporate finance solutions in addition to traditional private banking services. The ideal candidate will be adept at generating new business, structuring complex financing transactions, and maintaining deep client relationships.
Key Tasks:

• Manage and expand a book of private clients with needs in corporate finance, M&A, leveraged transactions, and structured credit solutions.
• Source, originate, and execute corporate finance deals including MBOs, MBIs, and equity release strategies.
• Provide bespoke financing solutions (loans, mortgages, credit lines) tailored to sophisticated clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal specialists in corporate finance, investment banking, and wealth planning.
• Maintain high standards of client service, ensuring discretion, confidentiality, and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell private banking services and integrated financial solutions.

Profile:

• Proven track record as a Private Banker or Relationship Manager with a strong book of private clients seeking corporate finance or credit solutions.
• Solid experience in corporate finance transactions (M&A, MBO/MBI, leveraged financing).
• Strong commercial acumen with hunter mentality and a results-driven approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Discretion, integrity, and a client-first mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (French, German) are a plus.
