For our Vevey-based Laboratory, we are looking for a Hydraulic Development Engineer.





Your mission:


Hydraulic sizing and calculation of Pelton turbines Designing of hydraulic profiles for all turbine components (Pelton) with CAD (Unigraphics) Computing of Pelton turbine components with CFD softwares Development and support in maintenance of softwares and tools applied for hydraulic engineering (design, experimental and numerical tools) Support for Troubleshooting Support and consulting of sales department as a hydraulic turbine expert International representation Intense collaboration with national and international project management Support of other colleagues in the team




Your profile:


Education as Mechanical Engineer or Hydraulic Engineer or similar with experience in hydraulics Experience in program development (C-sharp, Python, LabView) Experience in experimental measurements Advanced knowledge of turbine hydraulic design French mother language with excellent knowledge of English, German is an asset Reliable, dutiful, can work autonomously, open to innovation and novelty Communicative and open personality, can work in a team
