Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Executing (Test Release) and monitoring tests during mass production.
• Identify and resolve test failures or equipment issues on the production floor.
• Ensure all products meet the required specifications and flag defective items.
• Ensure Product Quality Standards
• Suggest and implement improvements to test and production processes to enhance yield and efficiency.
• Record and analyze production data for trends and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with test development, logistics and quality to ensure products are delivered in time and with the right quality
• Act as a liaison between FAB, assembly house, and Test house.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field
• Knowledge in statistical analysis (six sigma green belt a plus)
• Knowledge in electrical failure analysis
• knowledge in test flows and production flows (WS and FT)
• knowledge in wafer production processes
• knowledge in statistical analysis tools
• Able to work independently with strong attention to detail and a structured approach
• Comfortable working in a multi-cultural, cross-functional team environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
