: For our renowned banking client, we are seeking an experienced ICT Change Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training and communication concepts, conducting training sessions, and supporting HR transformation projects.
Main tasks:
Development and implementation of training and communication concepts.
Conducting training courses as a trainer or moderator.
Participation in transformation projects in the HR area.
Creation of training concepts and planning and organization of training sessions.
Work closely with the banking or financial services team to successfully implement change management initiatives.
Requirements:
Relevant university degree or comparable qualifications in change management or HR
Experience in the development and implementation of training and communication concepts.
Proven experience in conducting training courses (e.g. as a trainer or moderator).
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience in change management in transformation projects in the HR environment.
Experience in planning and organizing training sessions.
Experience working within the banking or financial services sector.
Team orientation, customer focus and good communication skills
Languages:
German; fluent (level C1 - C2)
