Project / Role:

For our client at a federal agency, we are seeking an ICT Project Manager for the "Travel Advisories" project (50%) (Reference No.: 924603OK). With this enquiry, our client is seeking a Project Manager for the "Travel Advisories" project.

Project management for the completion of the initialization phase and the preparation for implementation. The specialist department made the decision regarding the variant based on the available study; the recommended variant, in-house software development, will be implemented.

The following deliverables and results are expected for the initialization phase:

Requirements:

Project Management: Demonstrable experience as a project manager: At least one project from concept/implementation to completion (volume CHF 500,000 to 3,000,000) with operational management, coordination, and responsibility for deadlines, quality, and budget. Personal contribution, including project data, must be documented in the dossier. Agile software development: Demonstrable leadership of at least one agile software development project in the last 10 years, also from concept/implementation to completion (volume CHF 500,000 to 3,000,000) with a significant contribution to the project success. Demonstrable experience in procurement according to HERMES 2022 (or equivalent): At least one independently carried out IT procurement in the last 8 years as part of a project with a volume ? CHF 500,000. French language skills at least B2 level Certification according to HERMES 5.1 Foundation or higher. German as a native language or several years of residence in a German-speaking area evident in the CV or language certificate B2 (according to the Common European Framework of Reference CEFR) or higher or comparable. Readiness for Personal Security Clearance (PSP).
