: For our client in the insurance sector, we are seeking support in the area of ??Digital Workplace. The role includes ensuring operations, providing second- and third-level user support, and contributing to the device lifecycle and operational issues related to Workplace & Printing.
Tasks
:
Ensuring operations including incident management and group mailboxes
2nd and 3rd level support as well as customer support in the area of ??Workplace & Printing
Participation in IMAC-D processes and the device lifecycle (Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose)
Troubleshooting workplace issues (e.g., BSOD, drivers, firmware)
Creation and maintenance of documentation
Supporting the engineering team
Requirements
: Must-have :
Experience in IT support (2nd/3rd level), preferably in the workplace/end device environment
Knowledge of error analysis (drivers, firmware, hardware, Windows BSOD)
Experience with IMAC-D processes and lifecycle management
Team player with strong communication skills
Very good knowledge of German
Nice-to-have:
Knowledge of the printing environment
Experience with documentation and ticket tools (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence)
Knowledge of English and French
Experience in engineering support
Languages
