Ihre Aufgaben:

• Die gemeldeten St\\xc3\\xb6rungen nimmst du entgegen und l\\xc3\\xb6st diese entweder Remote oder vor Ort am Arbeitsplatz des Benutzers
• Des Weiteren informierst du den Benutzer regelm\\xc3\\xa4ssig \\xc3\\xbcber den Stand von Incidents, Auftr\\xc3\\xa4gen und Problemen
• 1st Level Support w\\xc3\\xa4hrend des Rollouts
• 2nd Level Vor-Ort-Support-T\\xc3\\xa4tigkeiten sowie die Unterst\\xc3\\xbctzung technischer Teams bei Bedarf vor Ort ist ein weiterer Teil deines Aufgabengebiets
• Dokumentation und Inventarisierung der Arbeiten

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Informatik oder mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
• Dein Rucksack ist gef\\xc3\\xbcllt mit fundierter Erfahrung in der Installation von Hard- und Software sowie der Fehleranalyse und Behebung
• Dein technisches Wissen ist breit, gutes Knowhow im ITIL Bereich von Vorteil
• Du bist dazu bereit an verschiedene Kundenstandorte zu reisen (AG, F\\xc3\\xbchrerausweis Kategorie B)
• Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind sehr gut. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
• Erfahrung in den Bereichen Windows 10, Office 0365
