Job Description

For our client, we are looking for a ICT System Engineer (100%) (f/m/d).

Main tasks

Administer and maintain the firm's IT systems (Windows and Linux servers, virtualization solutions, storage solutions) Administer and maintain all network equipment (LAN, WAN, etc.) Provide level 3 support for all systems and train IT support teams Monitor infrastructure elements related to backups Participate in and manage projects related to migrations to new technologies Maintain and develop the configuration of network and telecommunications equipment Optimize the performance and availability of Microsoft environments Write the documentation and procedures necessary for system operation

Requirements

University degree in computer science or equivalent A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar position (excluding internships and training) Proficiency in Microsoft On Premises and Cloud environments and products (Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint) Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL databases Excellent knowledge of VMware and Citrix environments Excellent knowledge of Powershell scripting for automation Very good knowledge of storage and backup solutions Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Intune Knowledge of ITIL v4 standards and processes (certification would be a plus) Certifications related to the knowledge described above are an asset Good analytical skills and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Very good troubleshooting and complex incident management skills

Conditions:

Start date and end: from 1 November 2025 to 31 May 2026 Work load: 100% Location: Geneva, Home Office 20% Language requirements: French C2, English C1
