Company: Gen Boya (Turkey) Location: Switzerland (Remote - Field Based) Employment Type: Freelance / Commission-Based Only About Us Gen Boya is a leading Turkish manufacturer of industrial, marine, decorative, and floor coatings, exporting to more than 20 countries. We are now expanding our commercial presence in Switzerland and are looking for independent sales agents to grow our network across construction, industrial, and marine sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage a portfolio of clients (distributors, wholesalers, contractors, construction companies, industrial facilities). Promote our product portfolio (epoxy systems, polyurethane coatings, marine coatings, decorative paints, floor coatings, wood coatings). Identify new B2B leads and introduce Gen Boya to the Swiss market. Conduct customer and project site visits, manage follow-ups, and maintain long-term relationships. Coordinate with our Export Department to prepare and submit quotations. Provide weekly reports on visits, quotations, and potential projects. What We Are Looking For Experience in coatings, construction materials, industrial chemicals, or B2B technical sales. Existing network within the Swiss construction or industrial sectors is a strong advantage. Self-motivated, independent, and results-oriented. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule. English required; German/French is an advantage. We Offer Cooperation with an established global manufacturer (founded in 1958).
