Key Responsibilities:



Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of Indian dishes (vegetarian and non-vegetarian). Very good know how of North and South indian food Very good know how of Tandoor Ensure authenticity in taste, texture, and aroma of Indian cuisine. Plan menus according to seasonal availability and customer preferences. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen. Monitor food inventory, stock ingredients, and minimize waste. Ensure timely preparation and serving of meals. Adapt recipes based on dietary requirements (vegan, gluten-free, Jain, etc.). Collaborate with kitchen staff and assist in training junior cooks when required. Maintain consistency in food quality and portion sizes.
