To complete our Industrial IT team, we are recruiting an Industrial Automation Engineer based at our headquarters and production site in Geneva. Reporting to the Industrial IT Manager and working in close collaboration with internal multidisciplinary teams and external providers, your mission is to support the day-to-day operations and management of our serialization systems ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Provide technical support for issues related to serialization applications like Tracelink and Laetus, and to other manufacturing or building/facilities systems
Ensure stability, availability, and security of manufacturing and serialization systems and other related IT applications
Monitor system performance, update dashboards, and support departments (Quality, Serialization, Production, Engineering) on CAPA, change control, deviations, and audits
Collaborate closely with serialization, production, quality, IT teams, and external vendors to align priorities and coordinate system update
Participate in projects to implement or improve manufacturing and serialization systems, acting as SME or project contributor, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution
To carry out this mission, we are looking for a person with the following profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT / Computer sciences / Engineering, or similar educational background
Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation, including significant experience in troubleshooting and repairing IT or automation systems, ideally in a regulated environment
Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and programming/development; prior experience with Tracelink / Laetus is a strong asset
Business fluent in French and English (both written and spoken)
