Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) and educating employees on best practices.
Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident impact analyses to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks, implementing controls, technologies, and strategies for risk reduction.
Develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan (DRP) and lead incident response efforts, including the investigation, containment, and remediation of security breaches, and develop and maintain incident response and disaster recovery plans.
Oversee real-time threat monitoring, analyzing logs and alerts to detect suspicious activity, while ensuring secure access controls for both IT and OT environments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders (e.g., vendors, consultants, regulatory bodies) to align security measures with business objectives and stay updated on emerging security threats.
Strong involvement in all carve-out related project and take-over of information systems security tasks take over from GF group
Master's degree in computer science, cybersecurity or information security.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security / cybersecurity.
Experienced in IT architectures, cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, and security tools, with expertise in system hardening, network security, and securing cloud environments across various operating systems and enterprise solutions like ERP and CRM.
Dynamic, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused leader with a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to motivate teams, navigate ambiguity, and drive change while balancing competing priorities and creating actionable strategies.
Skilled communicator and negotiator with exceptional interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships, simplifying complex issues, and fostering collaboration across all organizational levels.
Knowledge of standards/frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST, ITAR, GDPR, ....
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French. Good knowledge of German language would be an advantage.
