Infrastructure Supporter - CSV / GMP / German / IT Service

Background:

For our pharmaceutical production and packaging site in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a motivated, open-minded, and technically skilled Infrastructure Supporter.

The perfect candidate:

The ideal candidate will have completed a degree in computer science and already have in-depth knowledge of Windows servers, as well as IT service management experience. Good communication skills in German and English are also required. Due to the on-call nature of the role, the candidate's home should be within a 60-minute commute.

Main tasks and areas of responsibility:

Receiving, processing and resolving ICT fault reports, inquiries and change requests Incident and Problem Management Planning, installation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks and workstations Monitoring and optimizing system performance and carrying out
Error analysis and *bug fixes

Management and installation of applications via a software distribution solution Documentation of IT processes and maintenance of IT inventory Transferring new GxP requirements into local processes and creating the corresponding process documentation Training of employees on IT topics Participation in IT projects and system extensions Continuous improvement of existing processes Collaboration with internal IT partners and suppliers Support for audits and inspections Regular deployment in the on-call organization (7x24)

Must Haves:

Completed training in the field of computer science minimum Min 2 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure as a plus to the training In-depth knowledge of Windows servers, network technologies and virtualization techniques Experience in managing systems, applications and infrastructure in the manufacturing and packaging area Experience with backup and imaging solutions IT Service Management experience Experience with CSV & GMP Fluent German and English skills are a must (spoken and written) Good communication skills Dedicated personality with a high level of customer and service orientation Teamwork
