Ihre Aufgaben:

Werden Sie Teil unseres Life Science-Teams als OT Engineer (all genders) und ubernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle als Schnittstelle zwischen dein einzelnen Abteilungen des Standorts, OT und IT - sowohl auf lokaler als auch globaler Ebene. Sie betreuen die Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Anlagen, sorgen fur die Einhaltung moderner Smart Manufacturing-Standards und erstellen Migrationsplane fur bestehende Systeme im Hinblick auf Cybersicherheit und Konnektivitat. Sie modernisieren die OT-Infrastruktur, migrieren Altsysteme und integrieren zentrale OT-Systeme wie SCADA, DCS und LIMS.


Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf Ihrer Rolle als Bindeglied zwischen den lokalen Abteilungen und den OT- und IT-Gruppen: Sie verstehen die Anforderungen der verschiedenen Gruppen und entwickeln passende Losungen. Zudem arbeiten Sie an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines lokalen OT-Konzepts auf Basis der globalen OT-Strategie und Standards mit. Daruber hinaus unterstutzen Sie die Projektabwicklung mit internen und externen Partnern - von der Erstellung des Lasten- und Pflichtenhefts bis zur Validierung und Ubergabe an die Produktion.



Ihre wichtigsten Aufgaben im Uberblick:

Entwicklung und Umsetzung lokaler OT-Konzepte auf Grundlage der globalen OT-Strategie und Standards Bindeglied zwischen lokalen Abteilungen und den OT-Gruppen (lokal und global); Erfassung der Anforderungen beider Seiten und Entwicklung passender Losungen Mitarbeit und Unterstutzung bei der Projektabwicklung mit internen und externen Partnern - von der Erstellung des Lasten- und Pflichtenhefts bis zur Validierung und Ubergabe an die Produktion Uberfuhrung der entwickelten Konzepte in praxistaugliche Soft- und Hardwarelosungen Management und Behebung von OT-Storungen Durchfuhrung von Massnahmen zur Cybersicherheit sowie Asset-Management

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium, Ausbildung oder mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung im Bereich industrielle Automatisierung oder vergleichbar Fundierte Erfahrung im OT-Umfeld (z. B. SCADA, SPS, DCS) und Kenntnisse in industriellen Netzwerken und Cybersecurity Erfahrung in der Integration von OT-Systemen in IT-Infrastrukturen Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern sowie in der Projektabwicklung - von der Erstellung von Lasten- und Pflichtenheften bis zur Validierung und Ubergabe an die Produktion Ausgepragtes Verstandnis fur die Anforderungen von lokalen Abteilungen eines Life Science Produktionsbetriebes sowie der lokalen und globalen OT-Organisationen und die Fahigkeit, daraus geeignete Losungen zu entwickeln Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Strukturierte, selbststandige und losungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
