Are you looking to become a part of a multi-functional team of commercial, technical, and regional partners? We are currently looking for a Designer to join our Design team in Geneva to help us step up the visual identity and packaging of our brands! As an in-house designer you will work across P&G's hair care portfolio, made out of brands like Pantene, Head & Shoulders, Herbal Essences or Aussie. Exciting isn't it !?
In this role, you will be working closely with the design, sales and marketing teams. Your work will range from Visual identity to packaging and first moment of truth. Some of the key areas will be:

• Design of a brand's visual identity.
• Create brand toolkits that enable online and offline brand amplification.
• Packaging design and choice of color, materials and finishes that go along with the design.
• Translate business objectives into design strategies.
• Create design concepts based on consumer insights
• Design of branded experiences that engage customers or consumers with the vision for our brands.

Job Qualifications

• BS/BA in Graphic design or similar discipline.
• Software fluency in Adobe CS (with emphasis in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
• A portfolio with an emphasis on visual identities and packaging that will be assessed on creative excellence and storytelling.
• Mastery in working all the aspects of branding: typography, color palettes, photography and illustration.
• Experience in design areas like editorial design, sketching, motion design or creating digital advertising assets is a plus.
• Ability to influence others and sell your work via storytelling.
• Bold portfolio with relevant industry experience, preferably working as a designer for a design or advertising agency.
• English proficiency, verbal and written.
