\\n Are you an experienced initiative manager with a track record of driving the success of large scale, complex initiatives? Do you enjoy managing the day-to-day progress of multiple inter-linked activities? Are you able to effectively risk manage the delivery of complex projects that involve the front to back value chain with many different stakeholders?\\n
\\n

We\\xe2\\x80\\x99re looking for an Initiative Manager to:\\n
\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • manage aspects of large scale, high complex initiatives, which includes planning, execution, timing, quality, client satisfaction, and early identification of potential issues \\n
  • identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests, and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement \\n
  • perform risk assessment, play an active role in risk mitigation and management, and maintain and monitor a risk management plan\\n
  • demonstrating governance by ensuring that: \\n
o workstreams and initiatives are tracked and actively managed\\n
o OKRs / KPIs are agreed, measured and tracked\\n
o deliverables are properly prioritized and sequenced\\n
o risks are addressed and status measured\\n
o deliveries are successful\\n
\\n
  • \\n
  • developing and maintaining relationships with delivery partners including leaders in the Business, Technology, Compliance, Operations, and control functions \\n
  • understanding the strategic and non-strategic aspects and the general nature of change and the impact of change on the Asset Management Division, the UBS Group and its ecosystem\\n
\\n

\\n You will be working in the Transformation and Change team which forms part of UBS Asset Management\\xe2\\x80\\x99s COO function. The team comprises a range of change professionals responsible for delivering strategic business projects, business transformation projects and regulatory change.\\n

Your expertise

\\n
  • \\n
  • ideally at least 10 years initiative management program management experience leading strategic or large and complex transformational change, with experience in Asset Management\\n
  • extensive experience managing delivery across multiple workstreams with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities. \\n
  • excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to succinctly convey information to senior management and other stakeholders\\n
  • good understanding of operational processes within the financial services industry\\n
  • team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills\\n
  • strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels\\n
