University degree (university/university of applied sciences) in business informatics, data science or a related field
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of corporate development, digitalisation projects and organisational transformation projects
Knowledge of process analysis methods (e.g. BPMN, service design, customer journey mapping, etc.), ideally combined with experience in data analysis
Understanding of digital technologies for automation, low-code development and modern data platforms (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
Very good knowledge of at least one official language. At least passive knowledge of a second official language
