Analyse existing processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and communication weaknesses. Develop optimisation approaches through process mapping and data and user analyses. Define data requirements for performance evaluations and key performance indicators and prepare them for monitoring processes. Help design and pilot digital solutions such as automated workflows, dashboard or assistance functions. Translate strategic priorities into project plans and roadmaps. Develop decision-making bases, presentations and economic evaluations for management and support the transition to a data-driven organisation. University degree (university/university of applied sciences) in business informatics, data science or a related field At least 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of corporate development, digitalisation projects and organisational transformation projects Knowledge of process analysis methods (e.g. BPMN, service design, customer journey mapping, etc.), ideally combined with experience in data analysis Understanding of digital technologies for automation, low-code development and modern data platforms (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage Very good knowledge of at least one official language.
