Inside Sales Specialist
Cold-Calling war gestern! Wir tun so ziemlich alles, damit du dich auf das Wesentliche konzentrieren kannst: Verkaufen, Verkaufen, Verkaufen! Daher unterstutzt dich unsere Sales Administration in der Aufbereitung der Kontaktlisten unserer Bestandskunden. Unsere Umgebung ist ideal fur Personlichkeiten, die sich vom Erfolg fuhren lassen und dadurch zur Hochstform auflaufen. In der Position des Inside Sales Specialist (m/w/d) berichtest du an den Head of Inside Sales und bist zustandig fur den Vertrieb von postbezogenen Losungen (z.B. Frankiermaschinen, Kuvertiermaschinen) an bestehende Quadient-Kunden und Interessenten in der Schweiz. Wir bieten dir mit einem Smart-Work-Konzept die Moglichkeit, vor Ort in Munchen oder komplett remote (bundesweit im Homeoffice) zu arbeiten.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail:

• 80% Outbound/Kauf & Leasing: Du kontaktierst bestehende Quadient Kunden und erneuerst oder verlangerst bestehende Vertrage bzw. betreibst Cross-Selling
• 20% Inbound Lead Calls: Zugewiesene Leads werden zeitnah von dir kontaktiert und in Bestandskunden umgewandelt
• Entscheider: Du identifizierst die Entscheider beim Kunden und gewinnst einen Einblick hinsichtlich aktuell oder zukunftig geplanter Investitionen im Bereich der postbezogenen Losungen
• Pipeline: Du hast deine Pipeline sowie die damit verbundenen Verkaufsprozesse im Griff und bist verantwortlich fur die komplette Abwicklung, vom Lead/Kontakt bis hin zur Bestellung
• Dein Input ist Gold wert: Du pflegst unser CRM (Salesforce) mit qualifizierten Informationen
• Team: Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, z.B. Sales Administration oder Backoffice. Das Inside Sales Team in Deutschland besteht aus vier Kolleginnen und Kollegen.

Das bringst du mit, um erfolgreich zu sein:

• Du hast eine kaufmannische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
• Ein bis zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B Inside Sales/Tele Sales; Kenntnisse im Software Selling von Vorteil
• Du fuhlst dich im losungsorientierten Verkauf zu Hause und bist in der Lage, die Vorteile deines Produktes in ein Kundenbedurfnis zu verwandeln
• Du baust gute und andauernde Kundenbeziehungen innerhalb eines kurzen (monatlichen) Verkaufszyklus auf
• Kenntnisse in Salesforce oder einem anderen CRM, Microsoft Teams und der Microsoft Office-Suite allgemein
• Du verfugst uber ein gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermogen gepaart mit einer ausgepragten Dienstleistermentalitat
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse. Es ware von Vorteil, wenn du Schweizerdeutsch verstehst.
