IN-STORE MERCHANDISING DESIGNER TRAVEL RETAIL - INTERN

The In?Store Designer Intern gains unmatched exposure to global luxury brands and iconic travel retail projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our In?Store Designer Intern, you are responsible for merchandising, design, excellence.
You will support the Global Travel Retail Merchandising team by contributing to permanent and temporary toolboxes, assisting in the development of new capex projects, and helping elevate retail excellence across divisions and brands. You will collaborate closely with Geneva, Paris, and New York teams to deliver impactful in?store executions that maximize the shopping experience and reinforce Coty's luxury positioning worldwide.
Your main focus :

• Support toolbox development - create and adapt permanent and temporary merchandising toolboxes across brands
• Design capex projects - partner with brand teams to ideate and design new in?store installations
• Support media outpost implementation - assist in visualizing and preparing media activations
• Strengthen in?store excellence - develop fit?for?use planograms and share best practices with internal teams
• Collaborate cross?functionally - work closely with global and regional stakeholders on high?impact projects

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You like to bring ideas to life, design retail solutions and collaborate with multiple stakeholders. As an aspiring In?Store Designer, you work with precision, creativity, and you thrive in a fast?paced, diverse, and international environment. Other than that, you:

• Have strong visual and aesthetic sensibility
• Possess solid merchandising or design experience
• Are skilled in project management and organization
• Master 3D and design tools (3Ds Max, Cinema 4D, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
• Demonstrate flexibility, proactivity, and a strong "can?do" attitude
