Your tasks & responsibilities

Conduct annual Training Needs Assessments Develop, update, and maintain Training Syllabus and Materials for a wide range of regulatory and technical trainings, including: + EASA Part 145 Continuation Training
+ EWIS, FTS, and SMS Training
+ EASA Part CAMO Continuation Training
+ EASA Part 21G / 21J Continuation Training
Deliver internal training programs (theoretical, technical, or practical), except those requiring EASA Part 147 approval Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Administrative Staff to manage the implementation and follow-up of all AMAC internal training activities Prepare and organise training sessions based on departmental or regulatory needs Manage and maintain the internal training certificates

The expertise you have & skills you bring

Qualification:

Instructor in an EASA Part 147 environment Qualified Instructor in Safety Management Systems (SMS) and Human Factors Good knowledge of EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments Holder of a Train the Trainer Certificate Holder of B1/B2 EASA License

Professional Background:

Strong experience in EASA Initial & Continuing Airworthiness environments Good knowledge of EN 9100/9110 requirements Experience as a Quality Inspector, Maintenance Certifying Staff, and Training Organisation Fluent in French and English (both written and spoken) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.) Ability to work within a team Strong presentation and training delivery skills
