MAIN ROLE AND ACTIVITIES

Prepare and deliver instructional activities, training programs, and workshops. Develop training materials such as syllabi, visual aids, and handouts. Identify training needs and provide recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of training programs. Evaluate trainees' performance and provide feedback to improve their skills. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in the industry and incorporate them into the training.

KEY EXPERIENCES - What experiences bring success to this position?

Technical degree in a relevant field. Proven experience as an Instructor or Trainer. In-depth knowledge of instructional methodologies and training techniques. Strong presentation and communication skills.
