Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Oversee reports, press releases & meetings connected to financial disclosure matters
- Support Treasury activities, i.e. capital markets transactions & regulatory subjects
- Advise on regulatory requirements and communications in regard to ESG issues
- Counsel on Swiss corporate law and Group governance topics
- Lead the Legal work-streams of strategic projects
- Proven leadership experience
- At least 10 years PQE in capital markets
- Resident of Switzerland or Liechtenstein
- Fluent in English, German is a clear asset
- Bar admission in Switzerland, the US or the UK
