We are looking for fresh ideas, curious minds and passionate individuals ready to make a difference. Our internships generally last 6 months and you will be fully embedded in a team.

Your Mission

----------------

Support our athletes by ensuring timely delivery of new products, including prototypes. Track all athlete orders throughout the entire process. Evaluate and improve the current order process to reduce administrative work for athlete managers. Manage product delivery to dedicated athlete warehouses (global level). Maintain an up-to-date global inventory overview of all athlete footwear, apparel, and accessories. Investigate and propose an ideal, efficient, and effective product delivery process, aligned with internal stakeholders (Athlete Strategy & Partnership, Supply Chain, Happiness Deliverers, Demand Planning), to ensure best-in-class service for athletes Support the organization and project management of key athlete-focused events and initiatives (Athlete Summit, On Youth Camp, Athlete Gifting initiative)

About the Team

The Athlete Strategy and Partnerships team manages strategy and partnerships with On's professional athletes primarily in the sport of track and field, road running, trail, triathlon and tennis. This team is responsible for the recruitment and management of key athletes.
